Metallizing

Jen-Coat takes converting one step further with the ability to vacuum metallize a variety of substrates to complement our extrusion coating/laminating operation. Primarily for internal use, our vacuum metallizing operation enables us to specifically design multi layer laminations for the precise barrier characteristics required by each customer. Rather than supplying a metallized layer that has a generic barrier property, we control the amount of metal deposition on the substrate to specifically meet our customers needs.
